Tilda With Lace Pants - Magnolia DT Blog Hop

It's April 15th and this means it's time for the second Magnolia Blog Hop..

I've made another notebook / diary..

Of course I used one of the new stamps.. How could I resist?

She's called Tilda With Lace Pants.. 

Isn't she adorable??

The papers are from Maja Design..

Once again I went crazy with the flowers..

The lace and Vintage Seam Binding are from my stash..

Ooohh.. I love, love, looooove the Prima Vintage Trinkets so I added one of those too..

The tag is a Magnolia Doohickey..

The charm and doily are a must..

I've decorated the center of the flower charm with some Liquid Pearls..

There's a little bit of cheesecloth here and there.. I add it just to give some more texture to the whole thing..

The lace border was made with a Martha Stewart punch..

And here's another Doohickey die.. The Old Swedish Lace.. My absolute favourite..

This charm is from my stash too..

I use a lot of gesso on my projects lately.. 

Lots and lots of flowers on this side too..

And take a look at the gorgeous lace and all those pearls..

All the paper edges are distressed and machine sewn..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..

I use both the ink pads and reinkers..

The two hearts on the left are a part of the Animal Love Kit from the Animals Of The Year Collection 2014..

The Loving Border on the right is from the You Are So Special Collection 2011..

I've added some Liquid Pearls around the image and some Stickles on some parts of her dress..

Hello there!

I have a super cute spring themed gift bag for you today..

I've used one of the stamps from the Magnolia Zodiac Collection 2014..

Yes.. This is Ox (Taurus) Tilda.. So sweet..

I'm sure you know at least one person who is a Taurus.. And it's their birthday soon..

Won't that make just the perfect gift?

The papers are from Maja Design..

I've used one of the Timeless Rectangles to cut out the image..

And I've used the same die to make the upper border..

Take a look at this gorgeous bow..

It was made using one of the newest Magnolia Doohickey dies..

It's called Groom Bow..

The pearls and doily are from my stash..

This is the Simple Tag..

I have to admit that I've had this one for ages but it's the very first time I use it..

What was I waiting for??

I've added some Vintage Seam Binding and a charm to it..

The pearls in the flower center are made with Liquid Pearls..

Here are some of the flowers and berries I've used ..

And take a look at the gorgeous rose trim.. I just love it!

All the paper edges are distressed and machine sewn..

..and I've added some Gesso all over the bag..

There's also a very simple pin there..

I've used two kinds of lace but I'm afraid you won't be able to see them perfectly because of all the other embellies that are covering them.. LOL!
